Naturally, the frequency and intensity of use are also key factors.\n\nWhat to expect\n\nMany of our customers report that the chute remains completely intact even after finishing large-scale renovations. Under standard operating conditions, you can expect the chute to last for at least 4 to 5 cubic metres of rubble.

Yes, the flexible rubble chute can be used without a funnel. However, we strongly recommend using a filling funnel, as it significantly simplifies both handling and installation. A specially designed funnel is available in our webshop.

Each section of the flexible rubble chute is 3 metres long, which is typically sufficient for clearing debris from a single storey. For projects involving higher floors, multiple sections can be easily linked together to achieve the required drop. Please keep in mind that when connecting these parts, they slide into one another, resulting in an overlap of approximately 30 cm per section.\n\nOur system has been rigorously tested for safe and effective use at heights of up to 27 metres (approximately 9 storeys). While some customers have successfully used the chute at heights exceeding 30 metres, please note that we cannot officially guarantee performance or safety beyond our tested limit of 27 metres.

We have successfully tested the flexible rubble chute with a wide range of demolition waste, including concrete, glass, and timber. It has also been extensively tested with sharp materials, such as wood containing nails. Additionally, our system is frequently used for the efficient pouring of gravel and sand.\n\nTo ensure optimal performance and structural integrity, always make sure the chute is properly secured and free from kinks. For heavy or sharp debris, the chute should be positioned as vertically as possible to minimize friction and prevent unnecessary wear.

We strongly recommend using the flexible rubble chute in as vertical a position as possible. While some customers choose to install it at a shallower angle, please be aware that a more horizontal setup will lead to significantly faster wear and tear.\n\nFor the longest lifespan and safest operation, ensuring a straight, vertical drop is always the best practice.

Yes, the length of the flexible rubble chute is fully adjustable. Each section features three sets of connection loops: at the top, in the middle, and at the bottom. When connecting two or more sections, you can control the total length by adjusting the overlap.\n\nFor maximum reach, attach the second section to the lower loops of the first chute. If you need a shorter total length, simply connect the second section to the middle set of loops instead. This flexible system allows you to precisely match the chute to the height of your project.

You can easily secure the flexible rubble chute using the hooks on the funnel. Simply thread a tension strap, chain, or heavy-duty rope through these hooks and anchor them to a stable internal fixed point. If no window frame is available, you can secure the line to other stable objects such as a radiator, a wall-mounted hook, or even a heavy furniture leg.\n\nBy adjusting the length of the straps, you can ensure the funnel and attached chute hang securely and at the correct height outside the window. In short: a permanent window frame is not required for a successful installation.

Absolutely! It is not necessary to use a large industrial container. Our system works perfectly for discharging material directly into a wheelbarrow or a Big Bag. However, to ensure safety and precision, we strongly recommend that the rubble chute is tightly secured and positioned directly over the collection point.
