All our shipping policies are listed on this page. We believe in keeping our customers fully informed — with complete clarity and transparency.

Delivery Time

If you place your order before 4 PM on a business day, it will be dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes place within 2 business days. Please note that orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday. All shipments include a tracking number and are sent via a professional parcel service.

Please note: We work with trusted carriers such as DPD and DHL. While delays are rare, minor disruptions can occasionally occur due to external circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5.99 (including VAT). This rate applies across the entire United Kingdom — with no exceptions. No additional charges, such as import duties or customs fees, will apply to your order.

Carrier

Our primary shipping partner is DPD.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (STORTSLURF B.V., 372 Old St, EC1V 9AU London UK) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

By original condition we mean:

you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
you haven’t used the product
the product contains no personal data and isn’t registered to a user.
